1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ServiceTeam's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Provided
ServiceTeam provides printing and technical support services including but not limited to:
- Printer setup and installation
- Scanner troubleshooting
- Flex and poster printing
- Business card printing
- On-site and remote technical support
3. Service Warranties
All services provided by ServiceTeam come with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of service completion, we will address it at no additional charge, provided:
- The issue is directly related to the work performed
- No unauthorized modifications were made to the equipment
- The equipment was used in accordance with manufacturer specifications
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. For large projects, payment plans may be available upon request.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
ServiceTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their equipment and issues
- Ensuring safe access to equipment and premises
- Backing up data before service, if applicable
- Following instructions provided by our technicians
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by ServiceTeam remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their own data and files.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
10. Modifications to Terms
ServiceTeam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
